Was just prepping the car for autocross and found this, what do you think? I pulled at it and it feels like it's just in the outermost layer. Tire has held air well over the last few months during which it's been parked almost the whole time.

If you can't see any cords, and there is no bulge to indicate that there is damage on the inside, run 'em.

Set your pressures before your runs then check the tire and the pressures immediately after.
