Anyone got some tips on mounting rcomp tires by hand? I'm trying to get a set of 205/50-15 hankook c30's on my 15x7.5's and I'm having a hell of a time getting the 2nd bead into the groove to get me the slack to force the lip over. I'm using a regular set of tire irons for this, btw.

Maybe if you got a few friends to help, and they all brought their own set of tire irons...
I've mounted 205/50/15 zr tires with Harbor Freights manual mounting machine and it wasnt' fun. I've yet to try mounting Rcomps...

The sidewall on R compound tires is usually considerably stiffer than typical street tires. So much so, that it's not uncommon for an inexperienced tire mounter to tear the bead. This happened to one of my Hankook C50's and the shop ended up having to buy me a new tire.

Astroglide is your friend!!!
(and it might help with the tires too)

Load them in the back of the car and take it to a shop. After watching them cuss changing the things with a $2000.00 machine. For the 10 bucks they charge I let them do to.
