Update: Done about 3k miles. Still nice and quiet. Enjoying the crisper handling.

I snagged some H&R sports yesterday, the p/n is for my 85 318i which is kind of nice. the end links might be a good addition. IE sells a front kit for about $50 but I'm not sure what the level of quality is.
