Edit #3: Correction, Holley did indeed file bankruptcy but back in 2008. They are still open and have pretty much reorganized and grown back to normal operations.
Fabtech did not file for bankruptcy but did do some re-organization and cost-cutting. Not real sure what's happening there.
Holley closing just boggles the mind!
