Per Chris Sneed, not many of them do exist. He built it because he wanted to track his own 'vert. Here is his last email on the subject. Seems like a very nice guy. And very responsive too.
We have sold a few Rx7 bars, there are 2 in CA and 1 in NC that I remember. That is not one of our more popular bars. You’ll be in front of the main hoop no matter what. I designed it for me to use in my Rx7 vert at track day events, so it works great for those kind of things.

I am interested anyway! If it doesn't work for me, I know someone building an RX-7 (Coupe) for the track and he could certainly use it!
