So as the racing season ends I look forward to the Runoffs being on TV every year. But I looked on Speed’s site and SCCA’s and it looks like the only way to watch them is if you buy the DVDs.

Any ideas on why Speed and/or SCCA would make such a crap decision?

Heck, I miss a lot of good racing that used to be on Speed TV. It's all about Nascar, even when the season is over- WTH?!

Bring back the Speed Challenges and Super GT.

It's up to Versus and Racing Circuit TV.

Yup the millions of non car enthusiast tardo masses really have screwed up racing on television for our painfully small niche. The world challenge coverage is awful, there is no runoffs coverage, and we will undoubtedly get nascar has beens playing poker at some point. At least there is world rally and goodwood on HDT.

HDT also shows Isle of Mann and some other random bits of revolving awesomeness.

Byron12: I had no idea Discovery HDT had so much gearhead coverage. Thank you! Turbo Tuesdays = tasty. Guess I'll be expanding my cable package for Christmas!

NASCAR season is never over, It's like Grounhog Day. It just keeps playing and playing. Once the regular season is over they start cramming the next season down our throats. We can only hope HD Theatre will pick up these types of things soon, afterall they are showing WRC re-runs now. Something that SPEED cast off a year or two ago.
