Why did he use a 305? Argghh. Good start if all the necessary parts are there. How much does a good 350 cost?? You can sell that 305 for at least 25.00.

I'm getting a "hack-job" vibe from the pictures. Approach with caution. If it doesn't look as bad in person as it does in the photos, then buy it and swap something worthy into it instead of the 305.
