My father is in the market for a weekend toy/HPDE car. I've recommended an AP1 S2K given his needs/wants.

What are some good resources for him to read up on the car from a track toy's perspective? I don't want to point him to s2ki or H-T, but I'd like to give him something to read up on. He's an engineer, so he'd like to learn as much as possible before diving in.

If I have any specific questions, I'm sure you guys can answer them, but for general knowledge where should I send him?

Maybe just a google search for "S2000 Review."

It should turn up multiple magazine & online reviews for the car both from when it was new and as a used find.

There are actually a few decent threads on s2ki in the "Racing and Competition" sub-forum. You have to search for them but they are there. Their site search sucks but a Google search restricted to that domain plus a few keywords ("site:s2ki.com track suspension" for example) will get you relevant results.
