I find it difficult to but an old car that cannot be entered into the $20xx Challenge though...it is just how I think now.

Doesn't this kind of have to be a scam?
How the hell does one end up with an All Trac Turbo without knowing? The PO would've been blowing-up with enthusiast phone calls from the get-go, IMO.
