Howdy Y'all, I'm out here in Lubbock wondering where I can drag my wife this year for fun in the sun. We are enjoying the new Mazda 3 (thanks for all the suggestions and advice in the new car search!!) and I'm itching to find out what this "zoom", "zoom" is all about.

I have seen there is a school in Texas hosted by the texas region SCCA club, but I'm wondering where else we might go just in case their dates don't work in our schedule. http://autocross.com/tr/2010_AutoX_school.pdf

We went to a school that we both loved hosted by the SCCA club in Oklahoma a few years back and I need to check their site to see what's cooking for this season.

If you are lucky, you can find a region that runs a Novice class with driver instruction. That way, you can run the full season with help from a veteran.

Dang it's March already and my stang is not yet ready for battle. I guess I'm getting lazy. It's either that or all the stupid snow we've had this year.

Anywho, I've had no luck finding another solo school near me.

Wont be long before they do that crazy Big Bend race. I wonder if my wife would let me go??
