The Black Lake is 1500 feet by 400 feet of smooth grippy obstacle free asphalt and one of the Roger Johnsons has designed the courses (they are to be different Saturday and Sunday). I have been there before, it is, in a word, fantastic!
Please check the supps; most important are no entry before 6AM both days, no participants under age 18, 103dbA sound limit and you must have plywood squares, etc to put under your jack, jackstands, etc.
