Speaking of those tickets, just found out that Daytona misprinted them--they raised the price this year, but the printed tickets weren't changed and still have the old price.
So if you get a ticket that says $85 on the face, no, Daytona did not scalp you--they just didn't proofread them. The correct price was, in fact, $99, and that's what you should have been charged.
(And no, sadly, we don't get the extra $14
)

^ Sorry, but, no. There are areas that are designated for in-field camping and they charge extra for that, so it's been made very clear to us that camping in our paddock is not allowed.

So, 1 last question: Does the GRM parking pass allow you to park elsewhere in the infield, or will a separate pass be required for that?? Just, you know, trying not to get towed.

I got the last ocean front room at Emerald Shores and I will be picking up my tickets from Emerald Shores when I arrive - I hope. I bought a pair that was going to be unused and he is fed exing them to the motel.
Leaving in the morning from Texas. Long drive!
