I've seen a stock Longchamp at a car show a few years ago.
The stance and wheels on the OP car is pretty badass. That's a lot of rubber on the rear.
FWIW, the Longchamp is WAY bigger than a Celica, but the resemblance is uncanny in the profile.

They are friggin awesome!! 351-C engine and most had a Ford C4 transmission. The manual versions were rare as hell though. I want one BAAAAAD!!!
