My friends trailer was stolen in PG county Maryland yesterday. 28' White Pace Shadow GT Daytona. The thieves actually DUMPED the Criswell Audi A4 race car on the side of the road and kept going.

There is a trailer storage sticker on the tongue that reads 4657. It's unlikely to still be on there but it has a Maine Tag# 1376870

If anyone sees a Landscaper with a car trailer and/or you see it at any east coast track events, please let me know.

they dumped the race car and kept going? that is some really weird theives. i figured you would strip the car also and also sell the triler. sorry to hear about the triler being taken..bastards.

Car, particularly a race car, is way easier to trace, or even recognise, than a trailer. Half a day with a Wagner powerpainter, a couple of stamps to turn it into a "Homebuilt" and you've got a new trailer

I like the idea of painting identifying markers on the top of a trailer. The problem with these types of trailers is that they are so generic looking.

That's why I always loosen all the lug nuts on my car trailer when I'm not towing it.
