    "Not that it mattered – the Chicago Tribune reports that the judge has ruled against Motors Insurance, saying that law enforcement has immunity when it comes to property in its possession, and that even though "the object was to control and preserve relevant evidence," it apparently doesn't matter what happens to that evidence nor for what reason. Score another one for the government, and the rest of ya'll get a doughnut."

    Always boobie-trap stuff that might get confiscated so you can atleast know somebody is sorry they took your E36 M3. Just don't forget that you replaced the airbags with rolls of quarters or it could be the worst $10 you ever spent.

    The FBI should drop the wrecked car off with the insurance company and say "here you go....this is what you usually get back of a car after paying the insurance claim, so enjoy!"

    don't forget to add prosecutorial immunity too. Prosecutor can purposely shaft you and they are immune to any prosecution for it.
