If it were available as a 2 door, they'd have a real winner.

I've given up that dream. I don't expect any car company to make a 3-door with powered rear wheels ever again.

If I owned one.. I would have to rebadge it as the fiat version.. bumpers/lights/ and all the interior parts.

From what I understand, Fiat developed the Diesel engine that goes into them in europe. The fiat name is clever too. Sedici.. means "16" in Italian.. 4x4=16

    CAR on the Sedici:

"Spun off the Suzuki SX4 platform, but Fiat is costlier and range is more limited. But it's surprisingly cute and capable."

I guess the range is more limited partly because Fiat does not offer the (pointless and ugly) 4 door sedan.

    problem.

    Story of my life.

Other than that, I have nothing to add. Only Suzuki I've ever driven was a Samurai.

Isn't that the car that the Euro Top Gear uses now for their star in an affordable car segment?

I checked fiat uk's website, and some uk aftermarket site, found a turbo kit for it, lol. and some suspension bits, but their all UK, so would be rather expensive to play with. I like the concept of a compact awd car, but I dunno if its gonna happen. I mentioned liking the new focus st to the wife and she says we have to wait a year or two before spending that kind of money, so maybe instead of getting one of these now, I'll wait for one of those then....the story continues. Guess I'm stuck with my integra for awhile.

You can buy a turbo kit in Canada, and I know at least one guy who has done his own at home.

I actually prefer the look of the sedan-by a lot.

back on topic, Suzuki has poured money into r&d to make the wrc version of the sx4. Sell those go fast bits as a works upgrade to recoup the costs, Suzuki! And bring over the Swift for more hot hatch goodness please.
