I was at a light yesterday behind a red Ford Ranger, appeared to be 2wd, had a Roush badge on the tailgate and the plate was "03 ROUSH" I've never heard of or seen a Roush Ranger before. Someone's home garage special, a Ford-offered dealer option, or private conversion by Roush? What's so special about it?

Either he has something very lame or very interesting. Roush's website lists no Ranger parts at all. The only way to get actual Roush performance parts other than the stickers onto a Ranger would involve transplanting the entire engine.
