    I wish Kia had the same deal that they did in the early 2000's in Europe. Folks had a 2001 Kia Sedona in Germany and it had a Mercedes turbo diesel drive train. Kia didn't hide it either, you pop the hood and there was this nice big star staring back at you. Once those hit the 15 year mark here in Canada, should I ever need a minivan it's going to be mighty tempting.

    Your talking about a car from the world's forth largest auto manufacturer. Hyundai/Kia is no longer the bush leagues. The new ones are every bit as well built as Toyotas/Hondas. Take advantage of the badge snob effect while it lasts!

    Random side note, I did a track day against a brand new Kia SUV diesel. Check the vid.

    According to my friend the former dyno operator, the typical 1.5L Daewoo puts down around 75 whp. On a related note, the Nubira now has a TS20D.
