If you're a 1932 Ford purist, you've been violated before!

While not everyone's cup of tea, you have to admire the engineering, stance, color, wheel package and sleepless nights involved.

    Nice car.

Yeah, the stance and wheel/tire package are spot on! Man that's nice.

There was a long article about this car in Practical Performance Car a while back. I had some serious "want" when I read that article. Good to see that he's getting recognition outside of Europe, too.

They're building some superb cars in sheds in Sweden, guess they'll have to keep busy during those long winters.

The suspension alone is a work of art

Sweet. I love that they went to the trouble of AWD. I've been wanting to build a rod or Locost with an inline five (sans AWD) for a decade now.

There's video of that car doing a quick mini slalom. It's horrifying.

Any thoughts on how they did the AWD. AWD Volvos are transverse right?

EDIT maybe a BMW E30 or E36 set up?

Link to the article by chance? I'd love to send it to my dad, who loves vintage Fords.

"Through a friend of a friend, he was invited to meet a guy with a personal backyard junkyard stuffed full of AWD Ford Sierra Cosworths--a car originally developed for Group A Rally racing. After hearing Tomas' plans, the gent reluctantly sold Tomas a trans and a set of differentials with a few spare parts."

The videos say the car uses the T5R engine with a Ford Sierra Cosworth drivetrain.

I don't think it's online anywhere, sorry - it doesn't appear in the 'download articles' section on their website either.

For those who haven't heard of it, PPC is a mag here in the UK that caters to a similar crowd as GRM (and the only other car mag I subscribe to aside from GRM and CM).

    I loves it!

I've been itching to build a t-bucket or some sort of hot rod thing for a while. It wouldn't even be in the same universe as that thing.
