Utterly filthy weather here on the DelMarVa, and up the road from VIR, Summit Point has canceled all weekend activities due to the facility (and namesake town) being inaccessible (flooded roads).
lots of flooding a few hours northeast (Richmond). They called schools locally because of the standing water.
