    may not buff.... but if you found a vette in the yard, it would not be dfficult to fix the body.

    And yes.. having seen and smelled glassfibre burning.. it is NOT pretty. Dark, thick, and Noxious smoke

    That may also explain the dark smudge above the garage door.

    That's pretty much any car fire. I forgot to flip my mask over to the tank, and stuck my head inside a roasting k-car. I got about half a lung full, and it nearly put me down. Nasty, nasty stuff.

    A buddy almost did that to his 07 Z06 at Roebling today. Luckily the spin stopped in a mud puddle and put it out.

    Is that melted lump on top of the hood what's left of the battery? Maybe the cause of the fire?
