I want to remove some black tire residue from my cement driveway.  I have an electric power washer.  Is there a soap that will help?

Simple Green?  Clorox but your pressure washer may not like Clorox.

Simple Green, Purple Power are my recommendations.

More burnouts to cover it with different tire residue

I use a concrete cleaner + power wash = good as new

"Tire residue" LOL

A pressure washer might get most of it but I would think that you would have to scrub the area with a push broom or similar brush to break the bond the bur, I mean tire residue has on the concrete.

Apply additional “tire residue” to remainder of driveway; pretend it’s blacktop.

Black top it.   The tire residue won't show.
