http://ranchotransaxles.com/ has all manner of transaxles for sale ... Volkswagen, Porsche, Mendeola, PBS, Albins, Weddle. They're a huge supplier for off-road and dune buggy applications. Multiple mid-engine kitcar builders have Mendeola units in mind for the projects they're developing around GM crate engines.
