if anyone really wants to know what's been done inside that tunnel, i'm sure they'd be able to gather some good info by hanging out around the bars and what not in the surrounding area and talking to people that work for the different construction companies that might have done work there.
pavement doesn't lay itself down, electrical things don't wire themselves, and buildings don't build themselves..
