    The one Dr. Hess posted is to confuse the cops if they try to call it in or anyone writing down your plate. Kinda like 1ll11I1 or Ii1ii1l

    Saw a plate down here that made me cringe. S2000 with a plate the said "MY TOY" just kinda wrong on some level.
