    I saw the nose of this car in the awesome recent article on Pro-Touring in CM, and tracked it down to learn more. Nothing like a flat black XKE! Nice!

    While I like XKEs in general and appreciate what he's done to the front end, I really dislike the later Hearse type models. That rear roof line just sux!

    I believe that that particular XKE is a 2+2...which is noticably larger that the regular 2 seater.

    That's probably why you would do such a thing to this car. Nobdy cares. If you did it to the regular coupe, you would be impaled on a stick on the town square.

    Exactly. There was an article about this car in Hot Rod a few months ago, and the builder stated that he picked this car because it was less desirable in stock form.

    I saw that car for the first time at Watkins Glen Vintage GP last year. It's definitely built to drive. Built by Ken Fenical at Posies.
