Wow! Its hideous and cool all in the same scream. Some wider wheels and I'd be shouting late model modified for the street.
The rest of the dudes site isn't bad either. http://ekhatch.wordpress.com/2009/08/

Bizarre! I love it.
Wow! He gets an A+ for being different.
Real different.
That nazi helmet for an air breather/cover is interesting.
Certainly not what I expected. Points for originality.
Fairly impressive hack on the nose of the car. Looks to be narrowed quite well.
I hate it and love it all the same time.
Excellent work.
I like it alot.....who thinks of stuff like this??? Oh wait....never mind.
I find it entertaining. But I'd want it with a 4cyl up front and some rwd adaptation. The v8 heart with that body just doesn't make sense to me.
That's cool! Of course I like front V8 engine, big tires, stretched wheelbase, partially hooded, RWD dubs.
That's got a pretty serious Rat Fink attitude to it!
Actually, there are at least two Crosley hot-rods like this that were done in the '50s-'60s, and many more since then.

What about this one? Rabbit with a 928 drive train.
$2008 Challenge car?
A W motor would have been awesome.

I'm digging the fact he used a small block Mopar in there.
Looks like it's wearing an Edelbrock Performer intake too.
It's certainly not what I was expecting. I really dig the front end but the back just doesn't work with the stock fenders inside the wheels. It needs to have the rear quarters cut out or something.
Also, from the same site. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbSQTwZo2lQ&feature=player_embedded#!
Hawt. I dig it.

I like it, but I could definitely see using box flares to create something similar to 1930s fenders....the problem is that I don't see how to tie the theme in for the front of the car.
The first to try takes the jeers, spears, and cheers.
I like it a lot. There is less and less that hasn't been done, so cool stuff like this needs to get the credit it deserves.
That thing is wicked cool, good find!
Close, no?
Good Lord thats HOT!
needs more rake... something like that should be higher in the rear to show off it's power.
