I think this is a gorgeous design exercise:

Very cool. Looks a bit like a Lamborghini 400 crossed with an early Stingray to me. Certainly how the Viper could have looked like in 1967.

    Nice kneejerk reaction.

Look at what GT cars looked like in 1967. Long nose, short tail, curves. There are hints of Lambo, Iso, Vette, Shelby, Maserati---all he did was design a car using the popular design language of the era.

What resulted was a similar-but-unique design that stands on its own, IMHO.

I also see some Cheetah, Banshee, Jag XK....

    Beautiful car.

It would be an awesome car with FFR underpinnings, a 4.6L DOHC Ford engine with short little ITBs and dual air cleaners and a 5 speed with a white ball shifter.

When did they make that Corvette? First time I've seen one.

Front end screams Vette, sorry Gamby. The nose, headlights, the hood bulge, etc....

It is nice overall and like everyone else it appears to me that he took the best of several vehicles and successfully combined them into a single form.

Does seem to be missing a few cylinders though!
