OK... so I'm intrigued. How do you make those long huge radius bends if saaaay you were thinking "Wow, that looks way cooler than the Locost I was planning"?
Usually those are made with a bender that has three rollers, one on top and two on bottom. The tubing is fed into the rollers and tension is out on the top one pressing it down betwen the bottom ones. Then the tube is fed through the rollers back and forth until it has enough of a constant bend that it removes the tension. If more curve is needed, the top roller is adjusted again.
Eastwood sells a decent one, though theirs may not maintain a perfectly round profile in crosssection.
Im not too sure about the "roll bar" but the rest of that looks pretty nice.
any thing that small and that fast is sick. but i think a turbo/westfeild body miata would give it a run for its money and be cheaper
