    What happens if you don't clearcoat it? Some kind of Al O combination?

    Looks good Evan. You'll fit in around campus with that look!

    If it is polished enough it won't oxidize without clearcoat. If I don't finish polishing it or do a brushed finish it would need clearcoated to not oxidize.
