The 195/60/R14 RT615 is still around... I've used them on a Sentra. Fun tire.

A friend keeps telling me RT615s are using outdated rubber. I can't seem to find anything definitive online, and I trust the GRM opinion more than any other.

I'm looking for tires I can weekend warrior on the street with an autocross now and then.

None of the marginally faster tires come in 14", so we're stuck with the Falkens. Not like that's bad, I like them.

there's nothing really new in 14". You choices are Azenis or RS2's If your mileage is limited you could run a Toyo R888

This is pretty much what I was expecting... I'm trying to decide between a 14x5.5 @ 10 lbs or a 15x6 @ 15 lbs for my civic. They are both the same price, but the 14" has an added bonus of being easy to hide behind hub caps when I am in the city.

I'm bumping to 15" on the LeMons car for the next race. The Azenis just aren't doing it for me ... and I'd rather have a 225 width anyway. This is on an E30.

As an alternative to the R888, you can also get the Nitto NT-01 in 14". I think the RA1s are also still available, which is better in wet conditions.

What year civic? If you have 4X100, the people's pattern, you should look for A2 VW steelies(14"). I'm not sure about weight but they are 6" wide with a more aggressive offset than Honda steelies. I've actually got a set lined up for $75 from a fellow club member as soon as we go to the same event. . .
