There are so many options, and I'm sick of the duralast crap that doesnt last very long. I need inner and outer tire rods for the escort, and a lower ball joint for the ranger. Motorcraft doesnt seem to make the stuff anymore for the older Escorts. What should I go with? MOOG? Reybestos? Motorcraft if I can find it? Delco?

    Help!

I had an alignment man tell me he would only install MOOG. If i wanted something other than MOOG i would have to go elsewhere.

Spicer, XRF, Howe, AFCO, Moog is better than pepzone stuff, but they still have quite a few recalls and are pretty stiff.

I have used Moog ball joints for years, without issue.

Back in the day, we used only TRW, which at the time was significantly better stuff than Moog, although Moog was still good. That was in the 80's though. Today I'm not sure if TRW chassis parts still exist. I guess my recommendation would be Moog, and short of that, something made in the USA.

The NASCAR car I poked around in (Kurt Busch's) a few years ago had Moog tie rod ends. I think they were a sponsor. Anyway, I bet they could afford any parts they wanted.

Moog is what I use. Just ordered a idler arm for the Roadmaster.

Jumping on the Moog Bandwagon. Been using their Ball joints and Tie Rods for years. Their idler arms for FB's are noticeably better than factory Mazda.

What ever brand NAPA sells. They worked great on my ZX2SR. Even had grease fittings.
