E30s, believe the inside diameter of the hub is 160mm with a friction surface around 27-28mm wide.
Friction surface for the outside portion is 256x10mm I believe.

I'd start by figuring what size piston you need, and using that to help you choose. BTW, Miatas came with either a 1.25" or a 1.375" single piston in the rear calipers.

fiat spider and X also used the parking brake intergrated into the caliper.. not that I recommend one

Some of the Ford Contour/Mystique/Cougars have the parking brake integrated into the rear calipers. (I think the 4 cylinder cars may have been rear drums). The cable pulls on a little lever on the caliper that actuates the brake. The cable has a habit of seizing but you don't necessarily have to use the cable from those cars.
