It might look a little something like this...

These deserve to be captioned, but I thought it would be more fun if y'all did it. Let's start with the event-provided booth tent, which was apparently designed exclusively for Mini drivers.

I love that there is a huge crowd around that ratty Z and nothing else...

It is a lot of fun. Go to a Hot rod show with a pinto and watch the reactions. I swear that half of those in attendance owned a pinto at one point in their life.

That z probably brought smiles to many a face.

Awesome crash, though. Much like a car bomb going off there. lol

I love that the Challenge cars got the picture perfect spots to park along the water. Maybe they were thinking of pushing them in when they were directed there. That is some good stuff to show its not about shiny paint and electronics.

Did Wally choose the spot for the table? I mean, right next door to the funnel cake and all seems so perfect.....

Anyone else notice that the Z is missing a couple of cylinders?

    Love the patina though.

No engine shots of the MX-6 Turbo?

That's funny but exactly what happened a year ago when my buddies and I took our XR4Ti with a 'megasquirt' sticker in the back window to the Georgia Tech Auto Show, parked it next to a GT3 and ended up having a half dozen people continuously asking us questions about MS and everything about it, guess that's what you get from a 'tech' school, the nerds got more excited about the computer than the car

The $2009 West Coast Challenge is August 22, 23... But I believe both of those cars are going for the SD Grand Challenge, which is a $1000 budget, 3 events, of which the 3rd weekend runs with the $2009 Class.

MX-6 GT, awesome. The Z looks sweet too. Challenge cars are just cooler, let's face it.
