The rulebook is at scca.org, but it's 1550# + 125# / L.
Forced Induction is a 1.4L addition. So if you're running a turbo 1.6, it's:
1550 + 125(1.4+1.6) = 1925#.
Also, if you're running tires that are 275 or less in section width, you can remove 200# from your minimum weight, for 1725#.
