I buy all my mandrel bends locally but the tuner shops I know buy in bulk from vibrant.

I'm looking for the same thing and found that both Jeg's and Summitt have pretty reasonable prices on tubing and mandrel bends under their own names.
Of course that ebay auction is pretty tempting too..
