I think you can still get them from BMW. I pulled a couple of random parts numbers on RealOEM and it looks like they are still available. Pricey however.

ive actually bought some very high quality pieces from JC whitney. they are vynil, but fit great. i believe its autocraft interiors. theyre out of massechusets. american made. found a like to their direct website. buy from them. never regret. hell, ill even hotlink a pic to one of my truck seats finished with their stuff. http://www.customseatcovers.com/

While Katzkin has gone up in their pricing, I find them to be far better quality than OEM.
I wonder if you can DIY Katzkin like you used to be able to do. I know it was cheaper back then, too.

I bought my armrest cover, shift and brake boots from an English company selling on eBay. $42 with shipping. A lot cheaper than through a dealership even with a BMWCCA discount.
I'll have to take a photo of the armrest and brake boot. My seats could use new leather too. I was thinking about using my original armrest cover to patch my drivers seat. The base fake leather interior seems to hold up better--though the black vinyl shift/brake boots didn't.
