I've had success with a web search for Subaru OEM parts. The first five or so seem to offer decent deals on new, OEM parts, but if you need used, I'm not so sure.

There's a user on NASIOC called "Subiegal" I think - she works for them (may run their online parts department) and is very prompt and helpful, and gives decent pricing on OEM stuff.

I replaced my maf about 10000 ago with a non-oem replacement. no problems yet. just throwing it out there since its so much cheaper...
