Well, it has no shortage of paddock space. 
Why are the horse's faces blanked out? Were they someplace that they didn't want to be seen? 
Maybe they know something about that place that's not in the listing.
Once the collective buys it, I'll take charge of setting up the indoor MX track.
Only if we can make the infield into a dirt road course...
