Just an update....
Changed thermostat and speedo gear to something more believeable.
End result after the changes: 19.9mpg.

That mpg sounds about right as far as what IVE gotten. It still doesnt get you back up to the lofty heights you achieved before, though.

Another update:
Reran the compression test, just under 150psi and within an easy 5% on all holes.
But I did notice this after running the test:
And under the TB is rather damp. I be thinking the plenum gasket be broken.
