Just saw an article on Yahoo about the Most stolen and least stolen cars in the U.S. The E-class was the least stolen, along with the Subaru Forester. I guess it's true about the Subaru? Favorite car of lesbians?

What does theft rate have to do with sexual orientation?

Perhaps lesbians have a low showing amongst car thieves...

When I picked up my Forester, the guys at the dealer congratulated me on my dikemobile...........................

The forester is like a badge of honor, along with brush cuts, and rainbow stickers. No one wants to be seen in them.

I think it says more about the intelligence of car thieves than about sexual orientation. The E-class and Foresters are two of the best vehicles out there.

Disclaimer: This statement may or may not have anything to do with reality and is just a general observation. More likely theft rate is determined by the ease of selling parts and overall market volume for these parts.

I guess what I found to be so ......strange? weird? is that the "C" class was more popular among thieves than the MORE expensive "E".

Hell, I'd love to be seen about in a Forester. They're great vehicles.

Parts Parts Parts! Hot mercedes parts aren't a hot commodity, I don't even lock my car most of the time and I have one of the better engines. People aren't gonna steal a mercedes b/c it won't fetch any buck in parts. Most E-class owners aren't searching CL for used parts. Put an old funky benz against some of them asian cars and people migh rethink mercedes. My car has nothing at the low end but on the freeway I can run most 4 cylinder modern cars off the road, though I do have an I6 DOHC engine.
