I saw this thread on Triumph Experience and thought it was funny as hell.

The link doesn't quite work for me. Takes me to the forum, but doesn't get me to the thread

That is odd. The link is right but it keeps redirecting me.

You have 5 of them and haven't driven any of them, no E36 M3 I haven't driven one of them yet.

You are concerned when it doesn't leave an oil spot?

You don't want to touch the paint for fear it's holding it together, oh wait we're not talking about Fiats here are we?

    My favorites from that thread.

You know you drive a Triumph when it actually sits in the garage (in pieces) more than you get to drive it.

You know you drive a Triumph when you are pleasantly surprised when something electrical works properly.

YKYDATW...top up or top down...the rain is the same inside the car.

YKYDATW...you meet a fellow LBC driver and two days later he is in your garage drinking beer and helping you fix your car

YKYDATW...a trip to get gas always takes 20-30 min.

YKYDATW- you check the condition of your oil by looking at spots in the driveway.

YKYDATW- you are not afraid to leave the top down and the keys in the ignition because you know anyone trying to steal the car will flood out the motor trying to start the car and give up.

when you almost have a other one in spare parts in the garage.....

when the size of your next girlfriend really matter when you try to find a other one.

when the money for triumph parts are already include in your budget...

YKYDATW- the towing service is on your speed dial.

...When you have to clear your throat so that the girl at the drive through window will realize you are down below waiting for your food.

YKYDATW you come back from a cruise and your wife complains that you smell like gas/engine.

YKYDATW when going 1000 miles without any issues seems amazing.

You know you own an LBC when words and phrases like "bonnet" and "boot" and "bloody hell" roll of your tongue easily.

You know you own a Triumph when you mentally sneer at an MG.

You know you own a Spitfire when you worry about beating that Camry to the next traffic light.

When floorboards and rocker panels look like swiss cheese and you say, "looks pretty solid"

'You know you own a GT6 when you have to roll out onto the ground to get out.'

    Ain't THAT the truth!

You know you drive a Triumph when you see smoke from under the bonnet and aren't sure whether it's the engine/cooling system or the wiring harness
