It was a beautiful fall day in the Pacific Northwest's Columbia River Gorge for SOVREN's (Society Of Vintage Racing Enthusiasts) Maryhill Loops Hill Climb. This historic road http://www.maryhillmuseum.org/loops.html held hill climbs in the 50's & 60's and SOVREN resurrected this great event about 10 years ago.

There was quite a diverse group entered, with an exhibition grid which just about opened it up to any legal race car/motorcycle you wanted to bring.

I crewed (put the chairs up) for my pals Ford Cortina race efforts at this event today.

Good weather, good racing, good times............
