Short of bending them up myself, anyone know a source for these that mount to typical top-trees on UJM’s as opposed to the vertical mounting like the ones pictured?
My first thought was Lowbrow Customs but the only thing they show that is close is a set of ape hangers.
I have to ask why?
Have you checked the motorcycle supply places like Dennis Kirk, J&P Cycles, Revzilla?
what bike you mounting them on? Bikes like the XS650 have a rubber mounted bar mount risers that you can take off and use he holes for vertical mounting.

Why? Why do I like these bars? That’s not a great question is it? Because I like the look.
And I’ve tried EVERY manufacturer I can find including all of those above and more.
Bike WAS a 1980 Suzuki GS850L but the only thing left of that is the front 16” of the bike including the triple trees and forks.
