I need a way to quickly connect / disconnect 110v from a ceiling light fixture. The goal is to swap a fan back and forth for a different light / mounting system without tools or wiring beyond plug-unplug. There is not enough room to install a standard 3 prong plug in the box (need 4 wires for the fan anyhow). Taking wire nuts on and off each time doesn't seem like the best idea.

Make sure the fixture box is rated to hold the weight of a fan. Most lighting fixture boxes from 20 years ago were not fan rated, and will pull out of the ceiling, and fall on you. Be careful! Wiring is not a hobby.

    QuickDisconnect

These are now required for all lighting fixtures.

Yes, the box is steel and fan rated. Has a bracket that bolts to the truss. It's new.

Spitsix, those connectors look even better. Oddly enough I've bought several fixtures this past year and none came with anything like that. Directions just showed to use wire nuts. My can lights had a push in wire connection though. Have you used these? Do you just push in the wire and it self locks?

Actually it's a NEC code. Just push the wires in and plug. Too many people changing out fluorescent ballast hot.
