That thing has been floating around on Ebay for a month or so. He keeps relisting it.

    I kinda like it...

$4k, reserve not met. Hmm. OTOH:

Procure great ground beef recipe & meat grinder. Secure spot on vendors' row for the Mitty. Big banners with "ThreeFiveSix Burgers!" or some such. Tell purists a tree crushed the front half, and you just didn't want to crush the rest of it. Profit.

I suppose you could connect an xBox w/Forza to the big screen, and charge spectators to play as well..

That was my first thought, too... But if you read thru enough of the ad, it was built from a front-hit and rusty car.

Since its German it should be used for grilling sausages. It needs a beer tap too. For the 4k asking price it really needs a pair of taps.

Yeah, I have thought that there is some serious marketing potential with that thing.

Especially if you tow it behind another 356 (preferably one with a subie swap sitting where the back seats used to be!

I would modify it a little though...give it an outlaw look. Lower it some...

I like the concept, but I think the VW I posted a few weeks ago was a nicer finish. I look at this and just go " eh "
