How about considering a different format?

How about a desktop background that is a functional calender that rotates through LOTS of different Grassroots and other car pron?- go ahead and throw in the sponsors logos. Or maybe an app that resides in the dock, and opens each time with different car pics and sponsors.

THAT is a calender I would use.

As others have noted, the modern day value of a wall calender is questionable, and the printing costs are high. This would solve both issues, and give sponsors a direct visual every time I turn on my computer. If it rotated sponsors, it would also give you the opportunity to sell it to more sponsors.

I also have the wall calender on my wall. I also like the pics of lower cost creative cars a bit more.

I also greatly appreciate the staff's effort.

    I like it.

I like a calendar filled with Grand Am race cars better than a calendar filled with pictures of other peoples home-made hot rods.

Oh - I do love me some home-built crap-wagons filled with hard work and ingenuity... but if I am buying a calendar... and its not filled with hot girl on girl action then its going to be real race cars.

    Keep 'em coming.

    I like my calendar.

I also use Peter Brock's BRE calendar that is now on it's third year. I print my work schedule and cover the 2009 dates. I just like all the Datsun stuff and Pete's not printing these either due to costs.

Dime Quarterly send me a full page calendar that I am not going to use. Nice Calendar but I cannot read the numbers well.

I like the idea of an iPhone Calendar app!

I've just been struggling with how I'm going to change my contact/scheduling system for this coming year to leave fewer holes for customers to fall through. A calendar that I wanted to look at might make me look at it more often.

Ditto the GrandAm cars vs. the traditional hot rods. I get several of those from the auto parts houses and I look at the pics and then hand the calendars back to them.

Ack, you guys are killing me! We HAVE a job already... magazine publishers? Perhaps you've heard? Not calendar gurus!

Speaking of calendars, though, happy new year to everyone.

Margie, please try to ignore the whiners ... I'm sure they don't represent the majority of your readers... (the forum is different)

I can only speak for myself, but that said....... I really look forward to the calendar ... it hangs at work (lots of folk stop by my work bench to see what's next )

and in answer to an earlier post ... yeah I remember to turn the page... every line on each traveler (work order) has to be stamped off with who and when....

    PLEASE KEEP THE CALENDAR COMING

Great Calendar! if you are unhappy I suggest rolling it up tightly....
