No gnashing on my part. I vomit right along with you. Feel kind of the same way about the STI. I'm not a fan of the overstyled, wing infested cars.

    Here's my nominee....

Or these. They were decent looking as a 2-door, but as a sedan it's nauseating.

Is that a genuine reaction to the aesthetic, or the typical clientelle it invokes?

The tractor-trailer that started backing up over the backs of those things should have finished the job.

The aesthetic. The car is hideous in every way to me. Even the interior makes me want to blow chunks.

I may be closing in on old fart status, but I come from a generation where all 4 door cars were lame. I've never gotten used to the 4 door performance car thing. It just looks wrong.

    IDK....

I'm an old fart who has always liked the concept of 4-door performance cars. BMW's M3 sedans are perfect examples, closely followed by things like CTS-V's, GXP's and, heck, even various Honda's, Acura's, Mazda's and VW's.

I thought maybe them fellers on Top Gear were overdoing how fugly the Panamerawhatever, you know, that Porche 4door thing is, I mean it looked really awful compared to the Aston and all, but then I saw one in person. omygaw....

This has been a truly nauseating thread.

i dont know how any of you can really call the admittedly sometimes oddly styled plastic multi-color front end treatments of cars (evo, gtr, etc.) the UGLIEST ever when there have been such completely wonky shaped abominations in the past.

My grandpa had almost that exact same Maverick until he found an equally ugly replacement... a Ford Granada, red exterior and a very, very red interior. So red it would make your eyes hurt.
