    Nope. The 05GT and the 10GT have the same overall length at 188 in. The 05 wins by a nose in the weight department 3480lbs to 3533. My 03 weighs in around 3300.

    The 2010 pony is on the same chassis, so weight should be very close. The trick with these and weight is low-spec'ing the options. My 05 GT with a half tank and full street gear ISpare, etc) weighs a shade over 3500. But it has full leather, power everything.

    That's where a lot of the modern weight comes from - accessory addiction. That and the modern crash standards have increased the weight. Our 05 cooper S is about 2700 #s high optioned
