Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers...Ive had 2 now, a 4 cheese macaroni and the Penne pasta with red pepper Alfredo. Both taste terrible. It wouldve been better if I had microwaved poop - at least then I couldve played it off as a bad prank. Now the whole place smells like there was a fire inside a whales colon and Im to blame. Do not make the same mistake I did when I bought these, you will regret it

And here I thought they were fairly decent. Serving size is a bit small, but look at the nutritional info. For 2kcal/day, it's the right sized portion. It really is about the size portion you should be eating anyways.

Haven't been too impressed with Healthy Choice ones, but the Marie Calender's frozen ones are pretty good.

You are probably correct on that fact as I am a guy that can easily enjoy 1/2 # of pasta........

When I'm on the road, i eat a lot of the Hormel Compleats. They don't require refrigeration and only take 90 seconds, even in my little microwave. & they're $1.98 at Wal-Mart.

bringing it back from the dead...

OTOH, Morning Star Farms has a new line of meals out. Ive had the Enchilada and the Lasagna. Both are delicious. I never woulda tried em except the missus got coupons for free entrees, so I got one of each. They are meatless, so I NEVER woulda got them, cuz I dont like stuff that tastes like...well...cardboard. But these taste great, chicken in the enchilada tastes like chik'n, and the sausage in the lasagna tastes like sossidj. Its pretty good stuff.
